Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026. Service: the Listo app. Provider: Croobo, obrt za promidžbu, vl. Marijan Klarić.

What Listo does

Listo shows the weekly flyers of retail chains and lets you build a shopping list out of them, see its total and share it with someone.

Flyer prices are not our offer

This is the most important clause in these terms. Product and price data is read from the printed flyers of retail chains. We are not a retailer, we are not a party to any sale, and we do not warrant that the price in the app equals the price on the shelf. The reading can be wrong, a chain can change a price or withdraw an offer, and a flyer can contain a printing error. The price in the shop is always the one that counts. Your list total is an estimate for your planning, not a receipt.

Account

Saving lists requires an account, which you open by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for access to your device and account. You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Settings.

Trial and subscription

Right of withdrawal

Statutory withdrawal rights apply in accordance with applicable law. For a web purchase, contact us using the details on this page; for a mobile store purchase, contact that store. Cancelling renewal does not itself refund a period already paid for.

What is not allowed

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — flyers depend on what the chains publish, and we do not control those publications. Our liability for damages is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months, except where the law provides otherwise.

Rights in the content

Names, trade marks and flyer content belong to the retail chains. They are shown in the app to inform shoppers. If you hold the rights and believe something should not be shown, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

Governing law

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies, and the competent court in the Republic of Croatia has jurisdiction. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you are habitually resident, nor your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

A consumer dispute may also be pursued out of court before a competent consumer dispute resolution body. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in such proceedings.
