Delete your account

You can delete your Listo account yourself, from within the app:

1. Open Settings
2. Choose Delete account
3. Confirm

What is deleted

The account, all of your shopping lists and every link you shared them with. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period in which it could be undone.

What remains

Retail chain flyers are not your data and stay in the app. Nothing in them links back to you.

No longer have the app? Send a request to support@uselisto.com from the email address you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days at the latest.

Browsing flyers does not require an account. The account exists only because lists are stored on the server, so they stay yours when you change phones. Privacy Policy.
